PHASE conducted a weeklong gap analysis for a large pharmaceutical company whose goal is to gain OSHA VPP STAR recognition.  Inspected all aspects of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Department by,

• Reviewing past OSHA 300 Logs for compliance purposes and record keeping accuracy.
• Observed specific production, maintenance, and current precautionary measures/methods used.
• Inspected the facility to understand the work atmosphere and types of work being done on a daily bases.
• Interviewed employees from all levels of management, supervision, line operations, and staff specialists.
