Asbestos Surveys and Hazard Assessments
Conduct a visual inspection and collect for suspect Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), document, label and assess each ACM area for accessibility, material condition, water damage and exposed surface area.

Abatement Project Monitoring
Conduct third-party air monitoring and collection of field records prior, during and after the abatement project.

Abatement Project Management
Serve as the project manager to ensure the asbestos remediation project is properly executed and completed to regulatory compliance. Ensure project to completion and that it is performed according to the technical specifications and all applicable federal, state and municipal regulations.

Operations and Maintenance Programs (O&M)
Prepare a comprehensive O&M program to ensure that facility personnel have proper guidance to manage ACM to avoid release episodes.

Operations and Maintenance Program Training
Conduct sixteen (16) hour training for maintenance and facilities personnel according to the OSHA asbestos general industry and/or construction regulations.
