PHASE developed the bid specifications and performed  site safety oversight during the remediation of a prominent historic mansion.  Collected samples for airborne mold, surface lead, and airborne asbestos fibers throughout the remediation project, for the baseline and clearance of all three contaminants.  Ensured proper work practices of the remediation firm during remediation work to protect them from over exposure.
