Project 1 - Indoor air quality survey was completed to evaluate the indoor air quality on an ongoing and preventative basis. The sampling sites were randomly selected except for a few due to complaints about personnel experiencing some health symptoms and discomfort. The following indoor air quality environmental parameters were evaluated. Carbon Monoxide, (CO), Temperature, (T), Relative Humidity (RH), Carbon Dioxide, (CO2), airborne bacteria and mold culture samples, and Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC's). A written report was prepared to discuss the results of the survey. Project 2 - Indoor air quality of houses were conducted to monitor and assess different particulates within the air. This study was to determine airborne employee exposures to respirable dust, and inhalable dust particulates during various tasks performed within the homes. |
